Creates a new message template for the specified customer.

The ID of the customer account.

Name for the new template. WhatsApp only accepts lowercase letters, digits and underscores, so the name is normalized before submission ("Promo Estate 2026!" becomes "promo_estate_2026") and the normalized name is what the response reports.

The body content of the template, potentially with placeholders like {{parameter}}.

Optional category for the template. Defaults to UTILITY.

Example values for the parameters used in the template body. WhatsApp requires one for every placeholder of the body, so a missing or blank example fails with 400. Values whose key is not a body placeholder are ignored.
