Creates a new DRAFT campaign from an existing one, copying its template, config and contacts. DRAFT campaigns cannot be duplicated. The new campaign keeps the source's daily send window anchored to today's date; being a draft, it must be reviewed and activated before any sending happens (if activated after today's window has closed, it starts the next day at the daily start time).
